Deliveries are made by our preferred Carrier (generally Australia Post) to the address stipulated in your order. If you are in a metropolitan area of Australia, you should receive your order within 2-5 working days from the shipping date, but no guarantee is made to this effect. However we will always strive to get your order to you in the timeliest manner possible. Items will take longer to international addresses.
Costs for re-delivery are your responsibility. We are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address or delivery date has been given due to customer error.
We may deliver the Products in instalments if the Products are not available at the same time for delivery. You will be immediately notified to this effect.
International orders are posted via Air Mail for the best price/speed ratio.
Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or washed items. If a worn or washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase.
